보건의료정책과 행정을 위한 기본과정으로서 보건의료체계에 대한 지식을 제공하고 정책결정과 행정과정에 대한 이론들을 이해시 킨다 공중보건사업의 이념과 배경 보건행정의 방법 보건의료체계의 개관 보건의료행정 과정 우리나라의 보건의료체계 보건의료 체계의 관리에 대한 주요 과제 등을 주 내용으로 하여 문제점을 파악하고 그 대책을 세울 수 있는 능력을 길러준다
