도시설계특론Advanced Study of Urban Design

도시설계의 이론적 발전과정 도시설계개념의 변화과정 및 도시설계의 과제를 중심으로 도시설계의 이론적 개념을 정립하고 이를 토대로 현실에서의 도시설계 적용방안을 모색한다

Based on the theoretical development process of urban design, the process of changing urban design concept, and the task of ur- ban design, the theoretical concept of urban design is established, and based on this, the application of urban design in reality is explored.

토지이용계획특론Advanced Study of Land Use Planning

도시계획을 실현하는 수단으로서 토지이용 규제의 종류와 역사적 근원과 지역지구제를 강의하고 외국의 지역계획 제도를 연구한다 또한 토지이용계획 이외의 규제수단을 연구한다

As a means of realizing urban planning, the types of land-use regulations and historical sources and local zoning systems are dis- cussed, and the local planning system of foreign countries are studied. It also studies regulatory means other than land-use planning.

도시계획관계법규특론Advanced Study of Urban Planning Law

본 교과목에서는 도시계획관련법규를 깊이 있게 강의하며 도시계획법의 지역지구제의 적용을 받는 건축법상의 관련조항을 연구하여 도시계획의 제도적 틀 속에서 도시 내 개별 건축물의 건축행위에 대하여 연구한다

The institutional basis for implementing urban planning is the Urban Planning-related laws and regulations. In this subject, the relevant clauses of the Building Act, which are subject to the zoning system of the Urban Planning Act, are studied to study the building behavior of individual buildings in cities within the institutional framework of urban planning.

도시형태학특론Advanced Study of Urban Morphology

도시형태를 이해하는 것은도시설계의 첫걸음이 된다 본 교과목에서는 도시를 구성하는 형태요소를 추출하고 형태요소들이 시간 성과 지역성을 반영하면서 어떠한 모습으로 표출되는가를 분석한다 나아가 도시형태학을 통하여 도출된 시설계에서 어떻게 응용 될 수 있는가를 연구한다

Understanding the form of a city is the first step in urban design In this subject, the form factor that makes up the city is extract- ed, and the form factor is analyzed in what form it is expressed, reflecting time and locality. Furthermore, it studies how it can be applied in the system of facilities derived through urban morphology.

도시설계가지니는 제도적 특성을 이해하고 현실사회에서도시설계를적용시켜나가는법적 제도적 장치와 그 운영방안에대한 이 해를 추구한다

This subject aims to understand the institutional characteristics of urban design and to seek understanding of legal and institutional devices and their operation methods that apply urban design in real society.

단지계획특론Advanced Study of Site Planning

전반적인 도시계획의 이론적 지식을 단지계획과 관련된 계획지침과 연계시키는 기술적 지식을 구체화하는 과목이다 계획대상구역 의 단지환경에 대한 분석방법 유치시설간의 유기적 관계 공간배분을 통한 적법한 토지 이용 및 적절한 시설의 배치기법 등을 다룬다

It is a subject that embodies the technical knowledge that links the theoretical knowledge of the overall urban planning to the plan- ning guidelines related to the complex plan. It deals with methods of analysis of the complex environment in the planned zones, organic relations between hosting facilities, legitimate land use through spatial allocation and the method of layout of appropriate facilities.

국토 도시 단지 등의 공간단위별 계획이론을 토대로 실제 도시개발 분야에서 활동 및 적용되고 있는 관련 단위 개발 사업을 이해하 고 도시개발과 관련된 사업지구의 사례를 통해 지식을 구체화하는 과목이다 도시를 구성하는 점적 선적 도시계획시설의 개발부문 뿐만 아니라 도시재개발사업토지구획정리사업일단의 주택지조성사업일단의 공업지조성사업등의 최적 후보지 선정 개발수법 의 고찰 사례지역을 통한 분야별 도시개발의 허와 실을 판단하는 안목 습득한다

Based on the theory of planning per unit of space in the national territory, cities and complexes, the subject is to understand relevant unit development projects that are active and applied in the actual urban development field, and to embody knowledge through the case of business zones related to urban development. The institution obtains an insight to determine the loopholes and facts of urban development through the areas of urban development, urban readjustment, land compartmentalization, housing develop-ment projects, selection of optimal candidate sites, development methods, and case areas, as well as the development sector of urban planning facilities that constitute the city.

한국도시사특론 Advanced Study of Korean Urban History

도시의 역사성에 대한 이해는 도시설계에서 가장 중시되는 개념 중의 하나인 맥락성을 연출하는 중요한 바탕이다 본 교과목에서는 역사적으로 한국 도시가 어떠한 모습으로 변천되어 왔는지를 실증적으로 고찰해보고 그 이면에 내재되어 있는 이념적 토대를 연구 한다

An understanding of the historical nature of a city is an important basis for creating one of the most important concepts in urban design: context. In this subject, we examine empirically how Korean cities have historically been transformed and study the ideo- logical foundations underlying them.

도시경관론

도시경관은 도시공간과 더불어 도시설계의 중요한 대상의 하나를 구성한다 본 교과목에서는 도시경관을 구성하는 요소를 추출해보 고 이들 요소의 형태적 특성과 구성체계가 도시적 측면에서 지니는 의미를 해석해 본다 Urban landscape, along with urban space, constitutes one of the important objects of urban design. In this subject, we extract the elements that make up the urban landscape and interpret the morphological characteristics of these elements and the meaning of the system in terms of the urban aspects.

Landscape space in a city is an important component of urban landscape. In this subject, we examine the meaning of urban space from the perspective of landscape design and interpret its design elements and the thought system required in the design process.

산업통상자원부가 지원하는 “산업용 무인비행장치 전문인력 양성사업일명 드론트랙 석박사과정을 위해개설된 특별과목임 도 시공간정보 획득을 위한 효과적인 수단으로서 드론을 활용하는 데 필요한 드론조종법데이터처리드론구성품학습 등을 습득함 드 론활용과 관련하여 도시공학뿐만 아니라 산림조경분야 및 정보통신 분야와의 융복합하는 학제적 과목임 산업체에서 제시한 프로젝 트를 학생들이 수업중에 수행하면서 관련지식을 학습하는 PBL(Project Based Learning) 과목임

This is a special subject that was developed for master’s and doctorate courses in the “Project for Training of Unmanned Aerial Equipment for Industry” (called Drone Track) supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. As an effective means of obtaining urban spatial information, we have acquired drone control, data processing, and drone component learning required to utilize drones. It is an academic subject that integrates not only urban engineering but also forest landscaping and information and communication fields in connection with the use of drones. Project based learning (PBL) subject in which students learn relevant knowledge while performing projects presented by industry in class.

산업통상자원부가 지원하는 “산업용 무인비행장치 전문인력 양성사업일명 드론트랙 석박사과정을 위해개설된 특별과목임 드 론을 활용하여 현재의 물리적 도시공간정보를 획득하는 방법론을 학습함 또한 사진측량 자료와 지형도지적도 자료를 활용하여 과 거와 현재의 공간정보와의 시계열적으로 관리하는 방법론을 학습함

This is a special subject that was developed for master’s and doctorate courses in the “Project for Training of Unmanned Aerial Equipment for Industry” (called Drone Track) supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. To learn the methodology of obtaining current physical urban spatial information using drones. This is a special subject that was developed for master’s and doctorate courses in the “Project for Training of Unmanned Aerial Equipment for Industry” (called Drone Track) supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. To acquire a methodology for combining spatial information obtained using drones with urban information using GIS. Big Data attribute information and spatial information are combined through GIS software as an information analysis method.

산업통상자원부가 지원하는 “산업용 무인비행장치 전문인력 양성사업일명 드론트랙 석박사과정을 위해개설된 특별과목임 드 론을 활용하여 역사문화유산과 그 주변지역을 대상으로 물리적 공간정보를 획득함 또한 각종 역사문화 기록을 중심으로 구축된 문 화유산정보를 공간정보와 결합하여 문화유산의 기록보존관리활용방안을 학습함

This is a special subject that was developed for master’s and doctorate courses in the “Project for Training of Unmanned Aerial Equipment for Industry” (called Drone Track) supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Physical spatial infor- mation is obtained for historical and cultural heritage sites and their surrounding areas using drones. In addition, cultural heritage information built around various historical and cultural records is combined with spatial information to learn how to record, preserve, manage and utilize cultural assets.

도시를 새롭게 건설하기 위한 수단으로서 도시 재개발과 도시정비의 목적과 수법을 연구한다 본 강의는 재개발과 정비 사례를 중심 으로 국내외의 사례를 연구한다

Study the purpose and methods of urban redevelopment and urban readjustment as a means of building a new city. This lecture focuses on redevelopment and maintenance cases and studies domestic and foreign cases.

도시공간의 형성되는 원리와 결과적으로 표출되는 도시공간의 특성에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 오늘날 우리에게 주어진 도시환경 속에 서 도시공간을 형상화하고 그 활용성을 분석한다 또한 도시의 현상과 본질을 이해하기 위해서는 도시구조의 규명이 필수적이다 따 라서 본 강좌에서는 도시구조를 밝히는 다양한 이론을 접한 후에 도시구조에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 대해 강의함으로써 깊이 있 게 도시를 이해할 수 있는 소양을 배양하는 것을 강의목표로 삼는다

Based on an understanding of the principles of formation of urban space and the resulting characteristics of urban space, we shape urban space and analyze its utilization in the urban environment given to us today. Also, in order to understand the status quo and nature of the city, the search for the structure of the city is essential. Therefore, the purpose of this course is to develop a deep understanding of cities by lecturing on the determinants that affect the urban structure after encountering various theories on urban structure.

문화재와세계유산정책론 Cultural Properties and the World Heritage Policy Theory

도시의 역사성과 전통성을 보존하고 현대적 의미에서 재구성해 보는 것은 중요한 의미를 지닌다 본 교과목에서는 문화재와 세계유 산이 지닌 전통적 가치와 정책 이슈를 도시 설계적 시각에서 추출해보고 그것을 현대적 의미로 재설계하는 방안을 모색한다

Preserving and reconstructing the city’s historical and traditional characteristics in a modern sense has important meaning. In this subject, we will try to extract the traditional values and policy issues of cultural assets and world heritage from a city-design per- spective and redesign them in a modern sense.

This subject introduces the strategic planning tasks and processes involved in responding to the challenges facing large cities and provincial cities, and studies specific methods and practices on concepts, approaches and technologies in strategic planning.

커뮤니티계획론 Community Planning Theory

커뮤니티계획은 도시의 공간적 조직과 지역사회 내 공동체 형상이 원활히 연계하기 위해 발전된 도시계획의 한 분야이다 이를 위해 눈에 보이지 않는 사람들의 관계를 연구하고 건강한 지역사회를 만드는 도시의 물리적 구성에 대한 새로운 대안을 모색한다 본 교 과목은 사회 시스템과 산업의 변화에 따른 공동체의 모습과 도시의 공간적 변화와 그에 따른 과제를 연구하며현대와 미래 도시에 서 적용 가능한 커뮤니티 계획의 대안을 찾는다

Community planning is an area of urban planning that has been developed to seamlessly connect urban spatial organization with community geometry within the community. To this end, study the relationships of invisible people and seek new alternatives to the physical composition of cities that create healthy communities. This subject studies the appearance of community with changes in social system and industry and the spatial changes in cities and the corresponding tasks, and looks for alternatives to community planning applicable in modern and future cities.

본 교과목은 다양한 경관 계획 요소를 조사 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 적합한 경관 계획 및 설계 방안을 연구한다 이를 위해 실제 대 상지와 프로젝트를 대상으로 경관계획적 과제를 찾고 최적의 대안을 찾기 위한 이론적 실무적 방안을 논의한다

지역경제학특론Advanced Study of Local Economics

본 강의는 도시와 지역경제학에 대한 고급 이론을 강의한다 본 강의를 통해 도시와 지역의 성격 입지론 도시화와 경제성장등의 도 시경제학의 주제들을 강의하고 탐구한다

This lecture gives a lecture on advanced theory of urban and regional economics. Through this lecture, the subjects of urban eco- nomics such as urban character, location theory, urbanization and economic growth are taught and explored.

본 교과목은 공간계획의 중요성과 국토 및 지역계획의 개념을 이해한 후에 지역계획의 역사적 전개와 지역발전의 제 이론을 학습하 며 지역계획의 분석기법과 외국의 지역계획 사례를 연구한다

With understanding the importance of spatial planning and the concept of national territory and regional planning, this subject learns the historical development of regional planning and the theory of regional development, and studies the analysis methods of regional planning and cases of foreign regional planning.

Tourism links various interactions within the region and utilization of local resources, establishment of regional identity and changes. Thus, tourism plans in a particular region require con- vergence thinking, taking into account geographical, spatial, cultural and sociological perspectives in the region. This subject studies the meaning, effectiveness, proper planning direction, new opportunities and tasks of tourism planning through examples.

사회기반시설은 산업발전의 기반이자 사회 구성원의 편의와 복지 공익을 담보하는 중요한 도시계획 요소이다 특히 교육 의료 여 가공원녹지 행정 복지 에너지 공급 정보통신 교통등 시민의 기본적 생활유지및 생활향상에 밀접하고 매우직접적인 영향을 미친다 본 교과목은 사회 구조와 산업 변화 시민의 생활상 변화 등에 따라 요구되는 사회기반시설과 직면한 정책적 과제를 조사하 고 가능한 해법을 연구한다

Infrastructure is the foundation for industrial development and an important urban planning element that guarantees the con- venience, welfare and public interest of members of society. In particular, it has a strong and very direct impact on the basic living and living of citizens, including education, health care, leisure, park green, administration, welfare, energy supply, information and communication, and transportation. 교통계획및정책특론Advanced Study of Transportaion Planning and Policy

교통계획과정에서 기초가 되는 관련 교통자료의 수집 분석 및 전수와 방법 교통계획모형의 파라메타 추정 정산 및 감응도 분석 계 획대안의 창출과 평가분석 등에 관한 이론과 기법을 습득하며 교통계획 과정에 대한 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방법 론과 기법을연구한다 도시교통문제에 대한 근본적원인에대한 분석을바탕으로도시교통문제를 해결하기위한 수단으로서 대중 교통의확충 및 서비스개선새로운교통수단의 도입과그에 따른 문제점해소교통관련법제 및 운용방안등에 관한 이론과기법 을 습득한다

In the course of transportation planning, the collection, analysis, transfer and method of relevant traffic data, estimation of param- eters of traffic planning model, settlement and response analysis, creation and evaluation analysis of planning alternatives, and the problem of transportation planning process are analyzed and the methodologies and techniques for solving them are studied. Based on the analysis of the fundamental causes of urban transport problems, as a means of solving urban transport problems, the theory and techniques on the expansion of public transportation and improvement of services, introduction of new transport means and the consequent problem, and transportation related legislation and operation methods are acquired.
