가족정책의 기본방향을 이해하고 한국사회에 적응해야 할 가족정책을 연구 제안한다 한국 뿐 아니라 각 국가가 표방하고 있는 이데 올로기에따라 국가가이상적으로 하고 있는 가족형태를 알고사회의변화에따른 가족문제 그 시대의지배적인사상이무엇이며 그들의 중요한 가치가 무엇인지에 따른 가족정책을 분석하고 문제점을 연구한다
